Subject of Tender
An Open tender for the right to conclude an agreement on the provision of legal protection services for labor migrants, which is citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the host countriesin host countries on issues related to violations of migration and labor laws in foreign countries.
This tender is held in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public Procurement” No. 472 dated April 9, 2018 andOrdinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan engaged in temporary labor activities abroad” No. 713.dated August 23, 2019.
